Trigon  celebrates its 20th anniversary with the third generation of its first audio component, the legendary Vanguard phono preamplifier.
The Vanguard III continues this tradition at a new level of sonic excellence – offering optimal working conditions for high-quality MC and MM cartridges. The completely redeveloped circuit design not only enables class-leading performance in all disciplines of music reproduction, but also a new quality of musical experience. To ensure that the Vanguard III can demonstrate its sonic superiority with virtually all cartridge systems, the proven range of adjustment options has remained unchanged: 16 gain stages, 3 switchable capacitors, and 25 values ​​for resistance adjustment should leave nothing to be desired. The new external power supply ensures even better power delivery.

The refined exterior appearance reflects the internal development. The new front panel, made of solid brushed aluminum and black glass, is not merely aesthetic, but also a functional design. The black glass front panel serves as a touchscreen for selecting the Vanguard III’s operating modes. The solid steel housing, now screwless and encompassing the sides, not only embodies a minimalist, elegant design but also provides mechanical stability and minimizes external influences. The new, solid, hard-gold-plated RCA jacks improve the conditions for transporting sensitive phono signals.
